Green Dot Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Zi Team mobile application (“App”) for authorized employees and field staff of our organization and affiliated companies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the App.

The App is not a public consumer service. Access requires a company-issued account. If you do not have authorization, do not use the App.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to users who sign in to the App with credentials provided or approved by their employer (including users working under entities such as Green Dot Limited, ABM Engineering Ltd., or Water Birds Ltd., as configured for your account).

2. Information we collect

We collect information necessary to provide HR, attendance, and (where enabled) sales and field operations features.

2.1 Account and identity information

• Username/login identifiers and authentication tokens
• Employee-related identifiers linked to your user profile (e.g. employee ID from our HR/ERP system)
• Name, job role, and profile information displayed in the App

2.2 HR and attendance data

• Attendance check-in/check-out records, including date, time, and, where required, approximate location (GPS)
• Leave and tour leave requests (dates, type, description, status)
• Supporting documents you attach (e.g. medical or other files via camera or file picker)
• Manual attendance requests and related details
• Contacts/directory information made available for work purposes

2.3 Sales and field operations (if enabled)

• Scheduled visits, status, notes, and outcomes
• Photos captured during visits when you use that feature
• Location associated with visit actions where required
• Customer search and creation data you enter
• Sale orders (products, quantities, and related commercial data from your company system)
• Customer payments (amounts, dates, journals, memos, collection method) and attached documents/images

2.4 Device and technical information

Device type, OS version, App version, IP address, and logs needed to operate and secure the App. We do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers.

2.5 Device permissions

Permission	Purpose

Camera	Visit photos, payment proofs, leave documents
Notifications	Work-related alerts if enabled
File / photo picker	Documents you select to upload (not broad unrelated gallery access)

3. How we use information

• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Process attendance, leave, and HR workflows
• Support visits, customers, orders, and payment collection where enabled
• Sync with our company ERP/HR backend (including Odoo systems operated for our business)
• Improve reliability, security, and support
• Comply with legal obligations and employer policies

4. Storage and processing

Data is transmitted to servers operated by or for Green Dot Limited and affiliated entities. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Backend access is restricted by role and company configuration.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with your employer, authorized administrators, IT service providers under confidentiality obligations, and authorities when required by law. Data submitted while a sales company is selected in the App is handled in that company’s ERP context.

6. Retention

We retain information as needed for App operation, employer record-keeping, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize per backend procedures.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure. Keep your login credentials confidential.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and employer policy, you may request access, correction, or deletion where permitted. Contact privacy@greendotbd.com or your HR/IT department.

9. Children

The App is for authorized workers and is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will be posted at https://www.greendotbd.com/zi-privacy-policy with an updated “Last updated” date.
